HSN called "Harmonized System of Nomenclature." This code represents the well-organized arrangement of goods globally. It is a 6-digit uniform code that recognizes over 5000+ products globally. It came in 1988 by the organization named World Customs Organisation (WCO). On the other side, SAC means Services Accounting Code issued by CBEC to come under GST. Every unique service SAC code. SAC codes are used to create an invoice while you deliver your service.
